The Equifax credit breach was a bad one. A VERY bad one. There’s an excellent chance your information was stolen.
What can you do? Check to make sure your info was involved, and then put a fraud alert on your credit. That will make it impossible for a hacker to open new credit with your info. It will take a call to your phone number.
